There is certainly plenty of competition around regarding cocktail bar and nightclubs. They come in all styles presenting what they consider to be the perfect place for music, cocktails and a bottle of champagne.
How could you choose a bar?
What is regarded as an excellent Cocktail bar or nightclub by one individual may not be the same for somebody else, but listed below are factors that I consider go a long way to making a perfect one for everyone:
Location is the first priority
Location is top of my list as nobody seriously likes spending an evening in a dreadful area of town, no matter how fantastic the nightclub venue is. It doesn’t always have to be in an absolutely perfect area but a lousy location could encourage an inappropriate crowd which can create a less pleasant vibe.
The venue itself will not surprisingly play an enormous part in whether or not it’s a decent spot to socialize. The lighting, the standard of furniture, the color scheme, the bar area and even the toilet facilities play an important part in producing the perfect environment.
Another extremely important feature is that there’s a diverse drink menu to choose from.
Reasonably priced cocktails, spirits and champagne should be offered, though of course there’s nothing wrong with prime-quality vintage champagne being on offer to people who can afford it. The fact is that for the affluent client, a VIP style menu is an absolute must have feature as the club’s guests may be entertaining important clients.
